This notice explains what we do with the details you send through our website. Agentwright is based in London and follows UK GDPR.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email, and optionally your company, phone number, budget, timeline and project description.

Why

To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to quote for and deliver your project. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering requests you send us. We never sell your data or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else sees it

Form messages are delivered to our inbox by a form-forwarding service (Web3Forms). The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both act only as processors for us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as UK accounting rules require (usually 6 years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing . If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
